Amitim is program under that auspices of the Community Centers and the Ministry of Health that works to assist rehabilitation and recovery of people with mental disabilities through integration in the community. The program includes community volunteering and more.

The program is intended for those eligible for a rehabilitation basket aged 18+

Services include:

- Personal, professional and dedicated guidance by a rehab professional.

- A monthly scholarship for participation in a course of the participant's choice.

- 'Community scholarship' - to encourage participation in social leisure activities.

- A wide variety of community work.

- Activities in integrated groups (upon admission to the group).

We provide assistance and guidance in the process of integration into the community and in expanding the participant's social framework by building a personal plan tailored to his needs, desires and skills.

In addition, the program offers workshops and events catered for various groups in the community with the goal to boost inclusion and change prejudices that are associated with the mentally disabled.
